This site is for adults 21 years of age or older, and for qualified medical cannabis patients 18 or older holding a valid California physician's recommendation. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

calibisfarms.com is an informational and brand website. It exists to introduce our collections, share our story, connect you with licensed retailers who carry our products, and let qualified businesses apply to become partners.

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or professional advice. Cannabis affects everyone differently. Talk to a licensed healthcare provider before using cannabis, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

We do not sell cannabis products directly to consumers through this website. There is no cart and no checkout. All purchases happen in person or through delivery at licensed California cannabis retailers.

Retailer listings, availability, and pricing shown on our Locations page are provided as a convenience and can change without notice. Each retailer sets its own prices, hours, delivery zones, and identification requirements. We are not responsible for their inventory, service, or transactions.

Cannabis products may not be transported across state lines. Calibis products are intended for sale and use within the State of California only.

California law requires the following notices to accompany cannabis products:

• Cannabis products may be habit forming and can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment.
• Do not operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence of cannabis.
• The intoxicating effects of cannabis products may be delayed by up to two hours.
• There may be health risks associated with the consumption of cannabis products, including for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
• Cannabis products have not been analyzed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No claim on this site has been evaluated by the FDA, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We work hard to keep product descriptions, strain profiles, potency figures, and certificates of analysis accurate and current. Even so, information on this site may contain errors, become outdated, or differ from the packaging in front of you.

Potency, terpene profiles, and effects vary between batches. Always read the label, packaging, and certificate of analysis for the specific product you purchase. Where the label and this site disagree, the label controls.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging, hardware, and artwork may change between releases, and collaborations are limited drops that may sell out or be discontinued without notice.

Applying to carry Calibis products does not create a partnership, distribution agreement, or exclusivity of any kind. We review every application and may accept or decline at our discretion.

To be considered, you must hold a valid, active license issued by the California Department of Cannabis Control and provide accurate business information. Any commercial relationship is governed by a separate written agreement between Calibis and your business, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Approved partners may receive access to a portal for orders, inventory, marketing assets, and demo scheduling. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

Tell us immediately at info@calibisfarms.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate an account at any time for inactivity, a lapsed license, a breach of these terms, or misuse of the platform.

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your age, identity, business, or license status.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of California cannabis regulations.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content, retailer data, or images by automated means without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the partner portal, or any connected system.
• Introduce malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation.
• Reproduce our brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership that does not exist.
• Market, resell, or advertise Calibis products without holding a valid California cannabis license.

We may restrict or terminate access to anyone who violates these rules, without notice.

If you send us photos, videos, reviews, tags, ideas, or other content (through a form, by email, or by tagging @calibisfarms on social media), you grant Calibis Farms a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in our marketing, with credit where practical.

You confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that everyone depicted is 21 or older. We may remove or decline to use any submission for any reason, and we are not obligated to keep submissions confidential or to compensate you for them.

The Calibis Farms name, logo, "Push Love. Pass It On.", product line names, packaging design, photography, copy, and site design are owned by Calibis Farms or licensed to us, and are protected by trademark and copyright law.

You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Approved retail partners receive brand assets under a limited license for the sole purpose of promoting Calibis products at their licensed locations. That license ends when the partnership ends.

When you opt in to our newsletter or text messages, you agree to receive marketing communications from Calibis Farms about new releases, collaborations, events, and partner news. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or partnership.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end text messages or HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop marketing email. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our site links to licensed retailers, delivery services, social platforms, mapping services, and lab testing providers. We do not control those sites and do not endorse their content, products, or practices.

Once you leave calibisfarms.com, these terms no longer apply. Review the terms and privacy policies of any site you visit.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Calibis Farms and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any content you submit to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law; nothing here should be read as encouraging activity that violates federal law.

Informal resolution first

Before filing any claim, contact us at info@calibisfarms.com with a description of the dispute. Most issues can be resolved directly within 30 days.

Venue

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Calibis agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and waive any objection to venue there.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver: failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Entire agreement: these terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and Calibis regarding this site.
• Assignment: you may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Availability: we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
