Calibis Farms ("Calibis," "we," "us," or "our") is a California cannabis brand based in Sacramento, California. We design and produce premium cannabis vape products sold exclusively through licensed California retailers and delivery services.

For the purposes of California privacy law, Calibis Farms is the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us any time at info@calibisfarms.com.

This website is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older, and for qualified medical cannabis patients 18 or older with a valid California physician's recommendation. We ask you to confirm your age before entering the site.

We collect only what we need to answer your questions, evaluate wholesale applications, and improve the site. The categories below describe what we have collected in the last twelve months.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise GPS location, biometric data, or health records through this website. We do not ask for or store medical cannabis recommendation details.

• Directly from you: when you fill out the contact form, apply to become a retailer, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us.
• Automatically: through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies that record how the site is used.
• From our partners: licensed distributors and retail partners may share business contact details when they carry or request our products.
• From social platforms: if you interact with our Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube accounts, those platforms may share aggregated engagement data with us.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to questions, wholesale inquiries, and partnership applications.
• Verify that visitors and applicants meet the legal age requirement.
• Confirm that retail applicants hold a valid California cannabis license.
• Send newsletters, product drops, and collaboration announcements you asked to receive.
• Show you which licensed dispensaries and delivery services near you carry our products.
• Measure how the site performs and improve its content, speed, and accessibility.
• Protect the site against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Meet our obligations under California cannabis regulations and other applicable law.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in the situations below:

• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, form processing, CRM, analytics, and mapping providers that process data on our behalf under contract.
• Distribution and retail partners: when you ask to be connected with a retailer or apply to carry our products, we share the business details needed to follow up.
• Advertising and analytics platforms: cookies and pixels may share online activity with these platforms, which California law can treat as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 10 for how to opt out.
• Legal and regulatory: when required by law, subpoena, or a request from the California Department of Cannabis Control or another regulator.
• Business transfers: if Calibis is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We only send marketing emails and text messages to people who ask for them. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything or of becoming a retail partner.

Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing stops promotional email but not replies to messages you send us directly.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to end texts, or HELP for assistance. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site working, remember your age confirmation, and understand how the site is used.

How to submit a request

Email info@calibisfarms.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extending once by another 45 days if we need more time. To protect your information, we will ask you to verify your identity using details we already hold.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm.

Calibis Farms does not sell personal information in exchange for money. We may share limited online activity with advertising and analytics partners through cookies and pixels, which California law treats as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To opt out, do any of the following:

• Email info@calibisfarms.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."
• Turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in a supported browser or extension, we treat it as an automatic opt-out.
• Reject advertising cookies in your browser settings.

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising.

We honor these requests through the same channel. Email info@calibisfarms.com and tell us your state of residence. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within the timeframe your state requires.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymize it.

• Contact form submissions: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again.
• Retailer applications and partner records: for the length of the relationship plus the period required by California cannabis recordkeeping rules.
• Analytics data: in aggregated or de-identified form, typically no more than 26 months.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted service providers to protect the information we hold. Access to personal information is limited to team members who need it to do their jobs.

No website or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us right away at info@calibisfarms.com.

Our site links to licensed dispensaries, delivery services, social platforms, and our retailer portal. Once you leave calibisfarms.com, this policy no longer applies.

Purchases of Calibis products happen entirely through licensed retailers. Those businesses collect and handle your information (including any identification you present at checkout) under their own privacy policies and their own obligations under California law. We encourage you to read them.

This site is not directed to anyone under 21, and our advertising is targeted to audiences reasonably expected to be at least 21 years old, as California cannabis regulations require.

If you believe someone under 21 has given us personal information, email info@calibisfarms.com and we will delete it promptly.

We update this policy when our practices, our tools, or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.

If we make a material change, we will post a notice on this page and, where required, notify newsletter subscribers by email. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
